It’s ideal for smaller birds like chicken, duck and Cornish game hen, and comes with a rack so you can circulate hot air around every part of the luscious finished product. Like our larger roasting pan, this roaster features our Hybrid surface, which combines stainless steel and our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick for the ultimate in even cooking and easy clean-up. This is also a great size for pork tenderloin, small- to medium-sized roasts, pork rib roast and beef tenderloin. Pro tip: Either fill the pan with potatoes or root vegetables to soak up the delightful roast juices or turn them into gravy.

Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and is not covered by our lifetime warranty.
